Method
Muddle, build & too

Ingredients
3 Blackberries
20ml Homemade black peppercorn syrup
35ml 1731 5 year old Dominican rum
Top Soda water

Homemade black peppercorn syrup
50g black peppercorn
50g caster sugar
100ml boiled water
Combine the above and leave to sit for 30 minutes
Make sure the sugar is dissolved & strain out & enjoy
