DEFINITIONS The Craft Rum Box ("the site") is maintained and operated by Craft Rum Box Limited ("the company") which is a company registered in England & Wales - Company reg no. 09781801 The "customer" means the company, person(s) or entity contracting with the company for the sale of goods. The "goods" are the products to be supplied by the company. The "terms" means the terms set out herein and any other terms, which have been agreed in writing between the company and the customer. AVAILABILITY All goods are offered for sale and are available at the time the customer enters into agreement with the company. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY In the unlikely event that goods are damaged or broken in transit, please report this to us within 24hrs for full investigation and replacement if required. Should you wish to cancel your order this can be done within 24hrs of order. A full refund will be made within 7 days. PAYMENTS & MEMBERSHIP All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. Membership prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery. Prices may be subject to changes in duty. Vouchers and discounts can only be used once. All alcohol supplied by the company is UK duty paid. Monthly memberships originating with a discount can not be cancelled and renewed with a discount within a twelve month period. Bi-monthly memberships originating with a discount can not be cancelled and renewed with a discount within a twenty-four month period. Quarterly memberships originating with a discount can not be cancelled and renewed with a discount within a thirty-six month period. Gift memberships may not be cancelled. USE OF THE SITE By accessing or using any part of the site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all of the Terms set out in these Terms & Conditions you may not use any portion of the site. The company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without notice, but will not change these Terms in relation to orders which have been placed and acknowledged before the change is made. By accessing, browsing or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. AGE RESTRICTION You must be 18 years old or over to purchase alcohol. By placing an order you are confirming that you are over 18. If you are purchasing a Craft Rum Box subscription as a gift, the recipient of the subscription must be 18 years old or over. PAYMENT & MEMBERSHIP We accept payment by Switch, Visa, MasterCard and Amex. The customer shall not be entitled to make any deduction or set-off from any sums claimed by the company, any amount due or claimed against the company by the customer under this or any other agreement. Your order constitutes an offer to the company to purchase a recurring membership from the company which can be cancelled at any time. By purchasing a Craft Rum Box membership you acknowledge that your membership has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods, at the original subscription rate. Your credit card will be charged on the 15th day of every calendar month. Any membership cancellations need to be finalised prior to the 15th of the month. To cancel your subscription at any time, you must email us at members@craftrumbox.co.uk DELIVERY Orders are only delivered within the UK. Delivery dates and/or times are given in good faith but are estimates only and do not form part of the contract for sale. The company does not accept liability for loss or damage to goods whilst in transit unless the goods are examined immediately upon receipt and the relevant delivery document is endorsed with the relevant details. FORCE MAJEURE The company cannot be held liable for any failure in meeting its obligations to the customer due to forces beyond the company's control. FOOD & DRUGS ACT The goods supplied by the company are guaranteed to be, when delivered, of a nature, substance and quality therein described and to comply with the Food & Drugs Act and all other statutory requirements or regulations relating to the sale of food and liquor. We cannot accept responsibility for defects caused to the pack or contents occasioned after delivery by unsatisfactory handling or storage in unsuitable conditions. GOVERNING LAW The operation of our site and contracts for the purchase of goods through our site are governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
