Method
Build in the glass
Ingredients
20ml Moko Spiced Rum
5ml lemon juice
15ml Homemade pineapple soda syrup
65ml sparkling wine
Homemade pineapple soda syrup:
330ml pineapple soda
150ml (by volume) caster sugar
Add the above to a sauce pan & simmer until the liquid has boiled down into a reduction.
Stir as you go to dissolve the sugar.
Leave to cool once the liquid is sticky & decant to a container for storage
