Method
Hard shake & fine strain

Ingredients 30ml Duppy share XO
25ml Campari; home infused with walnuts*
20ml Ruby port
10ml Homemade sugar syrup (1:1 ratio sugar:water)
1 whole egg white

Home infused Campari:
350ml Campari
10 broken walnuts
Combine in a sealed container & leave for 12 hours. ~ Strain out & enjoy the nutty Campari.
