Ingredients
60ml Cherry Wood Spiced Rum
15ml Lemon Juice
20ml Homemade Ginger Syrup*
2 bar-spoons thick cream
1 egg white
(Top) 75ml Soda Water
*Homemade Ginger Syrup
100g Fresh Ginger
100g Caster Sugar
200ml Boiled Water
Grate the Ginger & combine with the Sugar & Water
Stir until the Sugar is dissolved & leave for 20 minutes
Strain out the mix & enjoy.
