Ingredients
*Homemade chilli & lime syrup:
1 sliced lime
1 sliced chilli
100g caster sugar
200ml boiled water
Bring a pot to boil & add the sliced lime,
cooking for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat & leave to cool.
Strain out the limes & add the chilli for approx 10-15 minutes.
Taste test the spice level to your taste.
Strain out the chillies & add the sugar, stirring until dissolved.
Enjoy!
