Method
Shake and fine strain

Ingredients
30ml Lil Ray's Rum
20ml Sweet cream Sherry
20ml Lime Juice
20ml Home apricot syrup*

*Homemade apricot syrup:
1 Apricot 250ml boiled water
125ml by volume caster sugar

Dice and remove the pith of the apricot. Combine the above,
stirring to mix the sugar Leave to infuse for 30 minutes.
Strain out the mixture and enjoy!
