Ingredients
35ml North Point Pilot Rum
10ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Chocolate Orange Liqueur
15ml Lime Juice
1 bar-spoon of Apricot Jam

To make chocolate rim
Boil a pan of water & place a heat proof bowl over the top
Add 50g of dark chocolate & stir until melted
Dip the glass in & rotate until covered
Stand up right & leave to set in a fridge for 30 minutes.
