Add ingredients to glass & churn with bar
spoon through the crushed ice.

10ml Creme de cassis
30ml lemon juice
20ml homemade rosemary syrup*

200ml boiled water
100ml (by volume) caster sugar
Combine the above ingredients & stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Leave to rest for 30 minutes & strain out the mixture. Enjoy!
