Ingredients
40ml Rumjava Signature
1 Brown Sugar Cube
15ml homemade Nutmeg Syrup
50ml Boiled Water
50ml Double Espresso
20ml Double Cream (Shake in a cocktail tin for 10 shakes before pouring to help layer).
How to make Nutmeg Syrup
Make 100ml 1:1 ratio (100ml by volume caster sugar: 100ml boiled water) sugar syrup.
Grate or have to hand grated nutmeg & add one teaspoon to the sugar syrup & stir the mixture together.
Leave to cool & strain out the mixture to remove any grainy remains of nutmeg.
Method
Build in glass in order & layer cream over the top.
