Method
Build in glass & top
with whipped coffee

Ingredients
25ml Ron Colón Rum
25ml coffee liqueur (homemade coffee liqueur**)
25ml Coconut milk 75ml
Homemade hazelnut whipped coffee*
*Homemade whipped coffee
50ml (by volume) instant coffee
50ml (by volume) caster sugar
50ml boiled water
15ml hazelnut syrup

Add all the above to a mixing bowl & whisk quickly until the mixture foams & turns a light brown & holds its texture (approx 10-15 minutes, unless you have electric whisk; approx 2-5 minutes). Once foamed up, spoon over.
