Ingredients
30ml Chili oil fat washed North Point Pilot Rum
20ml Apricot Brandy
20ml Lime Juice
10ml Honey Water (see cocktail 1 for recipe)
20ml Apple Juice
40ml Pineapple Juice
1 Dash Angostura Bitter
How to chili oil fat wash:
In a sealable container, combine: 60ml Rum to 10ml chili oil (or multiples of for larger batches).
Add to freezer & leave for 4-6 hours.
Remove & cloth strain out the mixture.
The oil will freeze & solidify, the rum won’t.
The strained mixture will be chilli oil flavoured rum.
