Glass: Tiki Mug
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Basil sprig, rose petals & black pepper

Method
Shake & strain

Ingredients
40ml Ron Colón Rum; fat washed with Basil olive oil*
20ml Rose liqueur
20ml Rose syrup
40ml Pineapple juice
20ml Cranberry juice

How to fat wash rum:
40ml Ron Colón Rum
20ml Basil olive oil
Combine the two ingredients in a sealable container
& store in the freezer for 6 hours.
The oil will freeze, the rum will not.
Muslin cloth strain out the mix & enjoy the
flavoured results.
