30ml Cabal No.1513 Rum
10ml Dry vermouth
10ml Lemon juice
15ml Homemade fig syrup
75ml Bitter lemon tonic
Homemade fig syrup:
2 Figs
500ml boiled water
300ml by volume caster sugar
Dice the figs into small chunks and combine the above
ingredients, stirring to mix the sugar and water.
Leave to infuse for 1 hour and then enjoy.
