Ingredients

30ml Cabal No.1513 Rum
20ml Blood Orange liqueur
30ml Grapefruit juice
10ml Lime juice
15ml Homemade vanilla syrup*

*Homemade vanilla syrup
1 Vanilla pod
250ml boiled water
250ml by volume caster sugar
Slice the vanilla pod and scrape the seeds out into a bowl, slice
the remaining pod and add it to the same bowl ~ Combine the sugar and water into the bowl with the vanilla pod ~ Leave to infuse for 30 minutes and strain out the mixture before using.
