The name Crusty Juggler comes from a local legend from years of yonder – sailors warned of sighting a man dressed in rags, juggling driftwood upon the rugged rocky coastline, his hands encrusted in salt. Upon sighting the Crusty Juggler, ships were doomed to crash upon the rocks.
