Ingredients
50ml Ron Alegro XO
30ml Homemade lemon sherbet syrup*
75ml Soda water
*Homemade lemon sherbet syrup (175ml batch)
100ml Boiled water
100g Caster sugar
2 whole lemon peels
4g Citric acid
Peel the lemons & keep the flesh for squeezing for other cocktails.
Combine the lemon peel, boiled water, sugar & citric acid in a heat proof jug & stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Leave to sit for 1 hour, strain out & enjoy.
