What is Craft Rum Box/Spiced Rum Box?
Craft Rum Box/Spiced Rum Box is a monthly subscription club that delivers small-batch, artisan rums from around the world directly to your door. Every box includes a 70cl bottle, tasting notes, cocktail recipes, and curated extras such as mixers, snacks, or bar tools.

Who is Craft Rum Box for?
Whether you’re a seasoned rum enthusiast or just starting your rum journey, our box is designed for anyone who wants to explore premium, limited-edition rums — on your own terms.

No contracts and no commitment! You're in charge! Choose to receive your box monthly, every other month or quarterly. You can also choose to receive a craft & spiced rum box together. You’ll only pay for the months you receive one, and you’re free to update or cancel your membership anytime by logging into your online customer portal.

When will I receive my box?
Boxes are dispatched and delivered within the first week of the month. We use a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
If this is your first box and we haven't yet sold out for the month, you should receive your first box within 2 working days. We always state on the joining page if the current box has sold out, or which box you will be signing up for.

Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely! Just select "Send as a gift" at checkout. You can include a personal message, and we’ll make sure the recipient gets something special.

What kind of rum will I get?
Expect single-estate, craft-distilled rums — from agricole to spiced to overproof. Every box focuses on a new region or distillery, offering something unique each time.

Do you include mixers or recipes?
Yes! Each box contains curated cocktail recipes, perfect pairings, and often a mixer or garnish to get you started.

Is this just for sipping or mixing too?
Both! We include tasting notes for neat sipping and cocktail suggestions so you can enjoy the rum however you like.

It's £40 for each month you receive a Craft Rum Box and £35 for each month you receive a Spiced Rum Box. This includes free UK delivery.

The easiest and fastest way to cancel your subscription is to log into your online customer portal and cancel or pause your subscription. This will prevent any further orders going through.

Yes — log in to your account dashboard and select “Skip this month” before the billing date.

Just log in to your account and head to “Account Settings.”

No! You can simply log into your customer portal and reinstate your subscription.

Yes, if you wish to cancel your subscription then you can action this on your customer portal. If you wish to be refunded for an order that has gone through, and you have not yet received the box, the please drop us an email at members@spicedrumbox with your latest order number or shipping address and we can process the refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and in its original packaging.
