15ml Homemade rosemary & plum syrup*
65ml Sparkling wine

100ml Boiled water
*Homemade rosemary & plum syrup:

100g Caster sugar
3 sprigs of Rosemary
2 diced plums
Combine together & stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Leave to cool & strain out
