Ingredients
40ml Fortuna script spiced rum
20ml Sauvignon blanc white wine
15ml Creme de banana; home infused with chilli*
20ml Lime juice
10ml Homemade sugar syrup (1:2 ratio)
Top light tonic water
Creme de banana home infused with chilli:
200ml Creme de banana
1/4 inch sliced chilli
Combine the liqueur & chilli for 8 hours.
Strain out the mixture, making sure not to leave any seeds in the liqueur.
