Scissor-Tail Fine Jamaican Rum is inspired by the National Bird of Jamaica. The Red-Billed Streamertail Humming Bird (Trochilus polytmus) which is indigenous to Jamaica, is also known as Scissor-Tail or Doctor Bird.

The Scissor-Tail 'Signature Blend' consists of 3 year old pot still Rum and 5 year old column still Rum, aged in the tropical climate of Jamaica in ex-bourbon casks with no added sugar or colour, just pure Jamaican Rum.

The result is a wonderfully punchy blend, packed with tropical fruit, dried apricots and a touch of vanilla sweetness. Enjoy neat, on the rocks or in your favourite Rum Cocktail.
