Once an order is placed, boxes are sent out right away. Unless the current month's box is out of stock, or the current month's box hasn't been released yet.

Boxes are released by the end of first full week in a month.

Payments are taken on or around the 15th of the month, or on and around the end of the month.

Logging into your members portal will enable you to change the order date or check when your next order date is.

The easiest and quickest way to cancel/pause or update any details on your subscription is to log in to your members portal.
