Single cask rum, selected by Pär Caldenby, finished in Swedish oak and independently bottled by Smögen Whisky AB. This single cask rum was distilled in 2003 in Guyana at the Diamond Distillery, in their Versailles wooden pot still, one of only two wooden stills remaining worldwide. Bottled at 15 years old, at natural colour, un-sweetened, non-chill filtered and cask strength, this rum delivers a wholesome citrusy sweetness with hints of chocolate. 59.2% / 500ml
